We want to emphasize that we value a good relationship with you as a customer. We always take complaints seriously and are happy to resolve them as quickly as possible.
Pure Dutch CBD strives for a service that satisfies you completely. You will understand that we don't like dissatisfied customers. If, despite our efforts, you are not satisfied, please let us know.

We will do everything we can to resolve your complaint in a manner that is satisfactory to you. If you call us, we will try to resolve it immediately. If you email us your complaint, we will send an email with a solution no later than four working days after receiving your complaint.
If we have been in contact and if for whatever reason we cannot resolve it, you can submit your complaint to "De Geschillencommisie Webshop". Click here to engage the disputes committee.
